This bus company are an absolute disgrace. Most of the drivers can NOT drive properly. I have had bus drivers hit power poles, I have had bus drivers intentionally drive 30-40kms for a whole trip from parramatta to Bankstown, turning a 35-45minute trip into an hour and a half trip and causing me to miss an urgent and vital medical appointment and costing me $100 appointment cancellation fee. Drivers let passengers on the bus with their pet cats and when I informed the driver that I am allergic to cats he laughed and said too bad, effectively and intentionally endangering my life to allow a cat on a bus. This company and its drivers should be charged for continually and carelessly breaking the law and for endangering peoples lives by their inability to follow simple road rules and by allowing animals on buses. No care or respect for passengers, bus drivers making their own rules for both the roads and for passengers on the buses. It is by far the worst bus company I have ever had the absolute displeasure of patronizing.
